Privacy policy of BISAF sp. z o.o.

By using the services of our company you grant us your personal data. Within the scope of particular services, you also share this information with our trusted partners with whom we cooperate closely and directly.

The privacy policy defines what personal data we collect, for what purpose, who is their Controller and what are your rights.

Personal data

The data that you provide to BISAF sp. z o.o. (Controller) as part of the use of our services. These are the data necessary for creating user accounts – login, i.e. name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, name of the company you represent. Any contact forms involve the processing of the data provided. Data collected by so-called cookies (text/alphanumeric files placed on end devices) are also processed.

The processing of personal data by BISAF sp. z o.o. takes place in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/WE (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018. BISAF sp. z o.o. informs you that you have the right to access your personal data, to correct your data, to delete them from our database, to limit their processing, to object to the processing of your data, to transfer your data, to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (the President of UODO), to withdraw your permission to process your personal data. It is not possible to exercise the right to erasure of personal data where the Controller is required by law to continue the processing of personal data within the scope specified by the relevant legislation for the purposes necessary to establish, assert claims.

Who is the data controller?

The controller of your data is BISAF sp. z o.o., 5 Rdestowa St., 54-530 Wrocław, KRS 0000838986, REGON: 38595540, NIP: 8943153454 and Trusted partners, respectively.

Trusted partners:

Google LLC – data provided for the purpose of providing the service, for statistical and marketing purposes (including profiling).

Facebook, Inc. – data provided for marketing (including profiling) and statistical purposes.

LinkedIn – data provided for marketing (including profiling) and statistical purposes.

CRUSAR sp. z o.o. sp. k. – data transferred for the purpose of providing the service on the line BISAF sp. z o.o. – CRUSAR sp. z o.o. sp. k.

 

Additionally, the data may be transferred to parties providing IT services to BISAF sp. z o.o., as well as transferred to authorities entitled by generally applicable law to receive them.

In terms of transferring personal data to external entities, the Controller undertakes to respect the provisions of commonly applicable law, e.g. in the scope of the current processing entrustment agreement. 

Purpose of personal data processing

The purpose of data processing is to carry out and improve the services of BISAF sp. z o.o., the performance of contracts concluded by the Company, marketing both internal and external, also through analysis and profiling (automation).

The legal basis is Article 6(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/WE (General Data Protection Regulation).

Data are processed when:

  1. the data subject has agreed to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specified purposes.
  2. the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract
  3. The processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation incumbent on the controller.
  4. The processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.
  5. processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controllers.
  6. processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests outweigh the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.



We process personal data until the completion of the objective for which they were collected, until the withdrawal or expiry of consent in the absence of any other legitimacy in the law for processing, until an effective objection is lodged, until the purpose of the processing is changed.

The processing of compulsory personal data is required to fulfil the purpose of the processing. Processing for marketing purposes is always voluntary and requires your unambiguous consent.

 

Your rights

BISAF sp. z o.o. informs you that you have the right to access your personal data, correct them, delete them from our database, limit their processing, object to the processing of data, transfer data, lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, withdraw consent to the processing of personal data. It is not possible to exercise the right to delete personal data where the Controller is obliged by law to continue processing personal data within the scope specified by the relevant legislation for the purposes necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims.

Cookies

Cookies are used on the websites of BISAF sp. z o.o. in order to remember user preferences, including the auto-completion of forms, but also for analytical and advertising purposes. The parameters allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server which created them. The information collected relates to the IP address of the end device, the type.
