The test is intended for professional in vitro diagnostics and allows for the assessment of urine sample integrity by detecting creatinine, nitrite, glutaraldehyde, pH, specific gravity, and oxidants/pyridinium chlorochromate.

Each strip contains chemically prepared reagent fields that change color upon contact with the urine sample. The result is read by comparing the colors of the test fields with the color chart on the packaging. The result is available in approximately 1 minute.

How to perform the test

Note: Before performing the test, make sure that both the sample and the test strip have reached room temperature (15–30°C).

1. 1. Remove the strip from the sealed container and use it within one hour. After removing the required number of strips, immediately reseal the container tightly.
   2. Completely immerse the reagent fields of the strip in a fresh, well-mixed urine sample and immediately remove the strip to prevent the reagents from dissolving.
   3. Remove excess urine by wiping the edge of the strip against the rim of the container.
   4. Hold the strip horizontally and place its edge against an absorbent material, such as a paper towel, to prevent the reagents from mixing.
   5. Read the result within 1 minute by comparing the test fields with the color chart on the package. Do not interpret results after 4 minutes.
