Usage:
Instrument preparation: turn on the power of the immunofluorescence analyzer, select the test mode (rapid test/standard test), read the reagent identification chip, select the sample type and test items. The specific operation of the device will be carried out according to the instruction manual of the type of device.
Preparation of reagents: bring the reagent or sample to room temperature, tear the foil sachet, remove the test plate and lay it flat on a flat surface. It is recommended to bring the sample back to room temperature before working with the sample.
Sample handling: take the amount of serum, plasma or whole blood indicated on the test plate one time with a pipette, taking care not to inhale air bubbles.
Mixing: add the collected samples to the sample diluent, close the lid of the test buffer and thoroughly mix the sample mixture by shaking it about 10 times.
Adding the sample: use a pipette to aspirate the mixed 100 μL sample and add it to the sample hole in the test plate.
Detection: standard test: insert the test plate into the device after adding the sample, and the device will start timing automatically.
After the time indicated on the test (from 3 to 15 minutes), the device will indicate the result automatically.
HOW THE ANALYZER WORKS
Test procedure:
Before performing the test, read the product manual and the instructions for using the immunofluorescence analyzer, and bring the reagent back to room temperature before the test. The test procedure should not be performed if the room temperature has not been restored, so that the accuracy of the test results will not be affected.
