IgE Test for Analyzer is intended for the quantitative determination of immunoglobulin E (IgE) concentrations in human serum, plasma, or whole blood. It is intended for in vitro diagnostics performed by qualified medical personnel using a compatible immunofluorescence analyzer. It provides rapid results to aid in the diagnosis of allergic diseases and the assessment of IgE levels. The multipack contains 25 tests.

Immunoglobulin E (IgE) is an antibody involved in allergic reactions and inflammatory processes. IgE plays a significant role, among other things, in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis, allergic asthma, and eczema. Elevated serum IgE levels can be an important indicator of allergic diseases and aid in the differential diagnosis of clinical conditions.

The test provides a quantitative result in as little as 15 minutes. The linearity range is 20–4000 ng/mL.
